Check or Money Order - Via the mail.

Pay by phone 

• You may pay your gas bill automatically with a debit/credit card. Just call 1-303-979-7680 or 1-800-720-8193.
• Your transaction may take up to five business days to be processed.

Automatic bank draft and automatic credit card 

• You can sign up for automatic bank draft and automatic credit card payments online.
• When you sign up for automatic bank draft or automatic credit card, the amount due from your financial institution is automatically withdrawn on the due date shown on your bill. 
• If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the automatic withdrawal will be completed on the next business day.
• To sign up use the online form, you must first register as a user or call CNG for an application.  You may reach us at 303-979-7680 inside metro Denver or 1-800-720-8193 toll-free outside Denver.

Online Payments  

• You must first register as a user. You will need to know your account number in order to register.
• Once you have registered you can choose either to view account activity or pay your bill online.
• Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted at this time.
