Pay by phone – You may pay your gas bill automatically with a debit/credit card. Just call 1-303-979-7680 or 1-800-720-8193. Your transaction may take up to five business days to be processed.

Automatic bank draft – When you sign up for automatic bank draft, we automatically withdraw the amount due from your financial institution on the due date shown on your bill. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will be completed the next business day. To sign up, call CNG for an application 303-979-7680 inside metro Denver or 1-800-720-8193 toll-free outside Denver, download an application to debit your bank account (25KB, PDF). Fax or mail your completed form to us at 303-979-7892. Please include a copy of a voided check for your Automatic Bank Account Debit.
